Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund and/or cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Arizona Pharmacy Association office before October 1, 2020. A $100 service charge will apply to all cancellations. Substitutions are welcome. No refund requests will be honored after September 1, 2020. AzPA reserves the right to cancel any activity because of in sufficient pre-registration as determined by the Executive Director or Operations Director. In this case, all companies pre-registered will be notified and issued a full refund.
